TVP belongs to Cai Mep – Thi Vai port area - the international gateway and belonging to the biggest seaport group of Vietnam. It is located in Quang Phu Quarter, Phu My Ward, Phu My City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province – a strategic and strongly developing area of Vietnam easy access via Highway 51 which is the important connecting Ba Ria - Vung Tau with the areas in the economic development triangle of Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City - Dong Nai - Ba Ria - Vung Tau as well as the main concentrated road for industrial parks in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

The location of the port is as below:

+ The North is adjacent to SITV.

+ The South is adjacent to Baria Serece.

+ The West is adjacent to Thi Vai River.

+ The East is adjacent to the inter-port road.
